I just purchased a new Pro-Tee and the ball flight is not even close to mine. Every ball goes left, I gone to retail stores and used theirs and every club is pretty much on. As a 6 HC my shots dont go 35 to 55 yards left. If I move the ball off the white tee about one ball further from the ball flight and ball path are closer to mine any help would be appreciated.

Yesterday ProTee remote support connected to your machine and tried to figure out what was wrong with your system, so not sure what you're trying to figure out here.

We found the following issues:

1] You are playing with FOAM balls, which will not/never work. FOAM balls are not supported.
2] Your light wattage might be too much. You were going to check the bulbs and transformer.
3] Your camera was setup in a totally wrong position and you were going to correct that.

FOAM balls will stick to the club at impact, so they will initially follow the club through the ball track sensors.

You were afraid to play with real balls because of the screen bounce back. You were going to adjust/loosen your screen and try playing with real balls.

Together we tested all the sensors, and they looked like all working correctly.

We told you that if playing with REAL balls gives the same result you should contact the reseller, as your sensor system could have a defect.

Note: If your sensor mat is OFF CENTER, you can not aim towards the flag on the screen, because the flag will always be left of you, causing all balls to go left. You always need to aim straight forward. The center of the sensor mat is your 0 degrees straight line forward.
