Can't find cameras.

New install as of 8 days ago. Everything was working including cameras. Somewhere I have lost the cameras and when I plug the usb in it gives the recognize chime then followed by the usual disconnecting chime. I have tried to uninstall drivers and camera software and nothing. I may be missing something to uninstall and reinstall. Not sure exactly what all the programs/drivers associated with the camera system. Been trying to figure this out on my own to no avail. I am having other issues with loading to windows and computer repair mode but that's another question for somewhere else.\
Asus g20aj Windows 8.1
How would you fix or who should I contact to walk me though a troubleshooting of the cameras/computer/interface/etc?
I looked on swingsense page and saw that you can purchase a troubleshooting ticket for a bit over $100

What length of USB cable at you running? Did you check to see if cameras at recognized in windows setting?

I did the flycapture install. Running maybe 12 or 16' of cable? It came with the system from par2pro. I just checked windows and it appears they recognize them. I pull them out and they disappear from list and vs versa. It does not give me an option in the protee interface for either camera.

You did not install the drivers correctly. You forgot a checkbox during the installation. Check point 9. Instructions:

uninstalled the program and reinstalled and ended up with the screen and options in your tutorial. thank you
Had to play with usb ports ie:trying several different combinations and they both appeared as options. Had the vcam but could not get the hcam until trying several ports.

Hoping the computer glitches aren't going to be a problem. I had to do a windows restore in order for the computer to run a few days ago and somehow the flycapture took a crap.

Thanks bubba, I got them to recognize and show in preview but none of the other windows show the ball travel like they did the first time I had everything set up. Checked the pt settings and they are as recommended as pt5, pt1 etc.
Am headed back to test within the hour and try to figure out why it's not showing ball path.

I have noticed that I no longer have a red box for the ball.
Played with it for a bit but still not registering shots on the rest of windows. Think I will just use the pad and play another qualifier tonight. Played one earlier and somehow I shot +6 with a double to start. My best so before that was +14 at Turnberry from 7155. Wierd
