You need a better video card, gtx 970 if you want great graphics. If your going to invest in tgc, and a 1080p projector, a good video card is just part of the cost imo..

If this is an ho build if get a 256gb ssd drive as well...

Thanks for the Reply 46&2...This is a computer that is on Air Miles right now that I could get for free. The Canadian Dollar is crap right now so I am looking to save money so would this run TGC with above average graphics for now and then I could upgrade later?....I am about as computer illiterate as they come as well so I appreciate any advice I can get!

You could easily grab that PC and just swap out the video card if it doesn't run.

I've never even heard of the gtx 745, but the model number indicates it's slower than a gtx 750. I had a gtx 750, and it was un-playable.

I'd buy it, sell the current card, and buy a new or used gtx 970 or 970ti, whatever is in your budget.

Yep. Grab the computer and swap the video card. Check on EBay or Kijiji for a better card like the gtx 970. stick with Nvidia in general.

I had the GTX 745 in another computer and took it back. The case the motherboard was in was to small to put in a 970 card. Check that the case will accommodate a bigger video card.
