GSA is similar to protee for chipping. lighting plays a big part in picking up high LA shots. I can pick up as high as 54 LA. I don't dare try more as I am getting close to the lighting after 56 degree LA. I did have to add some extra lighting to increase my FOV that much. For short chips, I can only speak for GSA. I can chip as short as 3 or 4 yards.
