I just setup my first ProTee Simulator in my commercial facility. We did the entire build out ourselves and customers are generally enjoying the experience.
I have a couple questions for you.
1. The customers with slower swing speeds like under 75mph the total distance will be correct(around 175yds to 200yds), but the carry distance will only be anywhere from 50yds to 80yds. The ball will then run out the rest of the way, like a 70 to 90yd roll. This makes it almost impossible for these customers to play a round of golf. Once they hit irons both the carry and roll will be correct. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
2. Can you just confirm for me that the aerodynamics of the club head on a driver could and probably will give bad readings in terms of toe and heel hits. I just turned the sweet spot calculation off to correct this. Basically most customers the sweet spot readings club path etc are correct, but a few have had nothing but heel hits no matter where they actually hit it on the face.
