New install help please!

I just bought the full purchase on TGC for my Skytrak and I can't even install it. Brand new computer, ASUS gaming, so completely able to handle it. It gets a "Send Request error" and stops the installation.

I'm dying over here!

Welcome friedm86! I understand the anxiety you must be feeling right now. However, I can't help you specifically. A couple of options though. There are some threads on here on getting started. Search for TGC Install or similar. Make sure you follow all steps. Make sure you are accessing the correct interface. At the same time I'd pm ProteeUnited and ask them.

I second what Gary said. The guys at ProTee are awesome and pretty much walked me through my install with a couple back and forth emails. I believe they are in the EU but i found them to be very responsive. Good luck.
