Portal not launching

Just getting started here... Interface is up and working but I can't launch any courses. When I go to games and hit the play button nothing happens... Any idea why the portal doesn't do anything? Attached is a screenshot.

We've seen this problem before. I believe it's a directx issue. See my software and interface updates thread. Install the latest updates for everything and then run directx update.

Install the latest Nvidia driver too.

Interesting, had the right directx but for some reason a reinstall did the trick...
