    TGC not registering shots

    I just got my sim setup. I have ST with TGC and can not seem to get TGC to register any shots. It works just fine in ST software but not at all in TGC. Any suggestions?

              Having an issue with all my shots going right into the ground. When testing in system I am getting excellent results. I am sure it is any easy fix but can’t figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
