Getting Started with TGC (and SkyTrak)

Hi...I've had my SkyTrak for a couple of months now and purchased TGC a week or 2 ago...
I CANNOT for the life of me find documentation on the software.
Finally contacted support and got this response below response.
They have NO MANUAL and 11 YouTube videos...the 2 I watched had no "sound" just following the screen.

They referenced this forum, but I'm having trouble finding what I'm looking for (due to the search).
Is there post on more advanced then getting started, but less advanced of adjusting spin rates and club speed?
I really want to know things like:
How do I setup a second profile (for my son), so he doesn't have to play as a guest and can save stats?
Can I remove a golfer mid-round (when son above gets board)?
I'm sure more will come up, but just wondering how everyone got started?

Unfortunately you can't have a 2nd profile in TGC, hopefully TGC 2019 will be able to keep more than one profile. As of one guy leaving a round. You would have to conceded the holes for him so you can finish the round. I got all my Infos from this forum and protee support. If you have specific questions post them here and they will get answered

If you turn shot recording on, all stats get saved on the server. You can export the stats and separate them. TGC only works as a one player system that allows guests. You can change the guest name. Keep the name the same and you'll be able to sort his stats in Excel.
