  • balltrack settings when putting with the putting sensor

I have a putting sensor, do I want the balltrack for putting on or off? I took a practice stroke in which my putter crossed the balltrack and it made a phantom putt.

Should probably open a ticket with protee support for any and all questions regarding any of their products.

Ok? Is this a joke in response to them saying they did not ask u to help sell their product? Even if they dont appreciate it, I do.

Sorry man, it's no joke. But honestly I dont have the answer to this anyway, I'm a GC2 guy.

I think "use ball track for putting" should be turned to off if you have a putting sensor with the protee hardware

Protee said it wont matter on/off if using a putting sensor. I wonder why my practice stroke created a phantom stroke

I don't think it should do that. Are you sure the putter was selected (e.g. if you were on the fringe a wedge migt have been selected rather than a putter). I assume the practice swing wouldn't have cast a shadow over the putting sensor given the distance between the main sensor and the putting sensor.

Thx.. ill have to test it out and see if I can recreate it on the green and make sure putter is selected.
