Putting not working

I have just upgraded this week to TGC 2019 and it worked great for one day. I now get a message on the interface "TGC message: TGC not connected (204)".
The swing matt works fine, but my putting does nothing. I can trigger all the putting sensors on the Interface but on the putting green or game play I get nothing. I tried putting on Pro Tee 2.0 as well and got nothing. I cleared debris with compressed air and the lighting is not an issue.
Thoughts?

Update - I took the putting unit apart and hit it with compressed air and now the putting works. Must have been a something inside the unit.
