Skytrak Disconnection with TGC

I finally got my skytrak and TGC set up and was pimpled to get started playing great courses. I have started rounds with no problem but have yet to finish. The skytrak disconnects and I cannot establish a connection with the skytrak interface. I have a direct USB connection so this isn't a wifi issue. I never had a problem with the skytrak software. Has anyone experienced this and more importantly know how to fix it? This is very frustrating after a large investment. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Wish I had some help for you, I know this stuff can be frustrating!!!! I'm hooking up my new computer now so I can get TGC....... I'll keep an eye to this thread in case I have the problem also

Setup your SkyTrak in Network Mode (WIFI).

When using USB, disable USB Active Suspend and make sure your power plan is set to high performance.

Thank you for the quick reply@Pro Tee United. I set up the network connection but I do not quite understand why a wireless connection would be more reliable than a wired USB. I will give it a shot with these changes to see if it helps.
