Skytrak Explanation????

Has anyone seen or received and explanation from skytrak about their new subscription price increase. Also, an explanation on what the new version brings to the table with the price increases and an explanation on what the subscription increase benefits customers? Why change the price if you don't bring anything new to the table? They probably need to pay for their all their ads that they ran during the waste management open last week.

I did. I did not see anything on there hat was helpful. Just complaining and how skytrak customer service was not helpful and will send your complaint to upper management. I am just trying to get a response from maybe skytrak themselves after seeing all the forums and posts about the change.

The model they are using is a lot like the printer market. Buy a laser printer for 400 or 500 which is superfast, does duplex, color,etc. When time to buy the cartridges I will cost you almost as much as the printer. My guess here is WGT was not making any money - who would buy WGT when the other options are there - so skytrak over hauled the subscription. Should they have grandfathered us in - YES. Is 200 vs 100 going to keep me from using the SIM - no. This is what happens when you have little competion and no govt over sight.
