Hey Seth,
it is not about that you calculate the Spin Axis. We know that it is measured. But how does the flight model handle the measured data? I have the feeling, that the flight model does not take enough in calculation what happens during the last third of the trajectory. It MUST come down more straight after each kind of shape. But when I hit a fine draw the whole trajectory looks like a curve leaning to the side until the end.
But that shouldnt look like that. At the end every ball comes down straight (except from the real extreme shapes). Gravity loss of speed and spin, latest at the last third of the flight are taking the ball down.
Have alook at some top Tracer shots on the tour. They all come down straight. Without any exception.
