SkyTrak connection to TGC

I'm having a very difficult time connecting to TGC. Even with the USB cord plugged in, I can't get a laser signifying it's ready to hit. Everything on the TGC interface is good to go.

This is the first time I'm hooking up and starting TGC. Is there something I'm missing?

First, try connecting to the SkyTrak app in Network mode. Ensure everything is working correctly in the app. Then, close out of the SkyTrak app and start the TGC/SkyTrak interface. Once the interface opens, click the "Connect Box" and wait for the SkyTrak to connect, then press the "Play Game" button to launch TGC.

If that doesn't work, post what you are using (Computer/laptop/IPad) and the specs. There are a log of gurus here that can probably help you.

We have seen several security rules and virus scanners blocking write access to the TGC folders, which will cause the laser not being switched on.
