skytrak issue not picking up shots (no read)

hi. i have a skytrak for a few weeks now and have a very annoying issue. it will work perfect for 10-20-30 shots at a time (no miss) and then all of sudden the unit does not pick up any shots except 10-20 years shot ships or the random shot. the only reason i know it picks up the low shot is by testing to see if its still working. i will hit any iron with good speed and the red light will stay on or fliker and no shot gets registered. i have to close the unit and resync for it to start working properly again for another X amount of shots before it starts again. same issue on network or USB set up. same thing happends in skytrak driving range or JNPG

anyone ever had this issue.

Only time I've seen anything like that is when internet service is flaky. Next time it happens open a browser to https://fast.com and check your connection speed.

would it happen even in the skytrak app if i am connected via USB cable? i was thinking this could be it which is why i decided to connect the skytrak via usb to avoid this.
