    log on from iPad / android tab to PC

    is there something i missed?
    i cant log on when i download the pc app using my email and password... as soon as i open the app up on my tablet it works. same user & pw.

      When you say it doesn't work, is it telling you your username or password is wrong or is something else happening?

          it is saying user name and password incorrect... and yes, i am putting in the correct user / password...i am totally lost with it now
          @skytrak any idea what i am doing wrong?

              Hmmm, can you login to SkyGolf 360 on your PC via browser using those same credentials? It's all tied to that and shouldn't have anything to do with the platform.

                  i have just tried to use the app on android and it loaded - when trying to use the PC version it will not accept email/password....

                          i have done that... it worked. just cant seem to log onto the skytrak pc application.

                                  I had issues logging in first time on both my IPad and iPhone after 3.3.0 upgrade. Took 5+ tries with some reboots to login. After the first successful login on each device it was fine thereafter. Same problem occurred after 3.3.1. I haven’t done 3.3.2 yet.

                                  I have ongoing issues getting my Skytrak to connect to my iPad through network mode except right after a fresh iPad restart. Seemed like it went away with 3.3.0 but it was short lived and I’m back to full restart or it just sits there searching.

                                      I had that issue exactly, before deciding to get a laptop to exclusively use USB mode. The driver of that decision was to upgrade from WGT not purely functionality. Though I will say had experienced performance improvements before my hardware bonked out again. Kudos to Seth and Skygolf again for their amazing response and service, as always!!

                                      Anyway, yes up to and I think even prior to 3.3 release I had to hard reset the iPad. Honestly, while 3.3 was released, iOS also moved to v12.0 so I can’t say for sure where the bug resides. It was not commonly reported. One day a patch somewhere will be released and the issue will “go away”! The beauty of cloud based, multi-tenant software versioning.

                                          I haven’t upgraded to ios 12 yet so I don’t think that is the issue.
