TGC issue: first swing results in top light red and doesn't change

When I play TGC with SkyTrak, for some reason whether resuming or starting a new round, my first swing results in the SkyTrak top light going from green to red and just staying that way, the bottom two lights are green, and unless I turn off the SkyTrak, it will stay this way. Anyone else have this issue or have any ideas?
