Ok I am on PC and have done some testing of the new version update. I did a bag mapping 12 clubs 7 balls each club made it through successfully, this was last night, also downloaded my free demo of e6 golf and played through about 5 holes last night so probably hit about 100-110 balls last night, all good no issues. Then this afternoon my buddy came over to do a bag mapping He had 13 clubs and did 10 shots each he made it all the way up to his driver (last club) on shot 6 of 10 this showed (see pic) his driver did this twice gave two negative speed on club speed calcualtions for whatever reason and then on this one that the pic was taken it crashed. Tried turning off the skytrak and turn it back on to see if i could get three green lights and no avail...wasnt able to export the whole bag mapping that occurred as well only was able to export the driver which is the club he was on (if that could be an added feature that would be great by the way, if it can export the club its on idk why the whole list of clubs if you hit 4 more shots before it crashes isnt available for export as well) After the crash happened i closed the app and opened back up e6 ad we played the free demo course. It never crashed but a few times the skytrak showed 3 green lights and was ready to hit and then when my buddy hit (they all happened to him odd enough haha) the middle light turned yellow and top light turned red and showed disconnected from e6 golf and then would just reconnect like normal. Not sure what was causing that but all in all some stuff worked but probably have hit about 300 balls or so and that one major crash is the downfall really. Hopefully enough information was given to address it. Thanks.1 Photo

I tried a full test of 2.6.5 yesterday evening. No problems for the first hour and a half, and then my Skytrak stopped registering shots. About 100 shots in a row with no problem and then just stopped registering. Lights looked good and I had the laser.
I called support and went through a re-install of 2.6.5, tried my laptop (2.6.1), tried USB mode, and then reset the Skytrak and tried again. No joy. Probably going RMA on Monday. This is probably a hardware failure, but I wanted to post here to show I tried
I'm already showing symptoms of Skytrak withdrawl

When you are referring to a crash do you mean the App just closes down? Mine will work for awhile then suddenly just close. I reboot everything and restart the app and everything connects correctly. As soon as I hit my first shot the App closes down. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order for it to work again. This is under the practice mode and on IOS. I haven't used the PC version in awhile but will try that one next.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled a dozen or so times. That fix seems to last for awhile but eventually the App shuts down. Ipad Air and IOS 10.3Last edited by DougieMn; 06-26-2017, 12:10 PM.

I had exactly the same problem yesterday with my I pad. I tried WGT golf though just to see and everything worked fine. I was using my phone for the longest time in fact last week I used it at the range for 45 min or so, until the battery in the phone got low, and had no problem with it. I have more memory available on the phone, so I wonder if this is an issue.

That is exactly it. I will send you and the other commenter v2.6.5 via PM to try out.

I crashed again today. The app would just shut off. If I restart the app i get all the green lights, hit a shot and the app just crashes/closes. Had to delete and reinstall from the app store. Never got a code to test out the new app.

Good to hear. Since this has been sent out to over 30 testers encountering the problem on iOS and no reported failures, I have released v2.6.5 to the Apple Store.

Have used the latest version for PC 2.6.5 over the last 2 days.
no crashing of the software at all.
but have noticed an increased amount of mis-reads. But strangely, they all occurred with the 56 degree wedge.
also, was the scroll bar issue in the history meant to be fixed as well s version? Or is that being fixed in a later version?
also wondering if the camera alignment option will be fixed so that it works in the GIP package? I tried out the challenge, closest to the pin and was not able to adjust the camera alignment.

was using the android version today.. funny enough i too found misreads with anything over 50 degrees... my 58 wedge was a x3 hit for 1 read minimum. didnt crash at all.. just had a lot of trouble reading the shots. i was doing bag mapping and in the end i gave up and just hit them really thin to read and move on.

Sweet! Very glad to hear. We haven't changed anything with shot capture for a very long time. We start to get a little spotty with anything over 50 degrees. You can try moving the ball just in front of the laser dot. i think 55 was the max we could ever capture here, but you're dangerously close to missing the net and going through the ceiling thereOriginally posted by YonexMan View PostHave used the latest version for PC 2.6.5 over the last 2 days.

Scroll bar had to wait for the next release (sorry!)
I actually had not even considered allowing for alignment mode to be applied in challenges...specifically because they each have a unique camera view. But, I'll look into the feasibility of that.

No chance of going through the ceiling with my net. It is all encompassing. Like a giant cage with one end open. So the net protects the ceiling from any impacts. The cage that the net wraps around is over 10 feet tall, 10 feet long and 10 feet wide.

Nice! We had that setup for a while...then we got cocky....now our ceiling looks like swiss cheese.

Is there something I have to do to be able to use two or three devices to connect to the Skytrak? I have 1 laptop, 1 NVIDIA and 1 Galaxy Tab. when trying to connect something new it states different device has already been connected. It was power cycled between the device connections.
