Latest SkyTrak App Crash - Need Info

I've read some reports of the app crashing and I want to pull this into one place so we can hopefully find a trend, as unfortunately logs are not doing us much good and we are unable to reproduce it here on any device.

Originally I saw reports of isolated Windows cases, but now it seems that some are experiencing the issue on iOS.

To help us solve this as quickly as possible, please provide the following:

1) Platform (ie iPad, iPhone, PC)
2) Model (ie iPad Air 2)
3) OS version (ie iOS 10.3, Windows 10)
4) When does it crash?
5) It is solved by deleting the app and reinstalling?
6) If so, does it happen again and when?

Update: I have experienced that crash issue coming back. Uninstalled and re-installed AGAIN and it is working again for now. But definitely the issue came back for me.

I should also add that I personally don't think this is a memory leak issue, BECAUSE even after rebooting my ipad it would crash immediately on first hit. It only corrected itself after deleting and reinstalling.

5) I haven't had to delete and re-install, just re-opening the has (so far) worked for me but all session data is lost in every crash

my gut feel is that some timer-based or action-triggered check logic is the culprit- it seems to be platform independent. For example, the app could check if the user license is valid while the unit is not connected to internet (in direct mode) etc.

Seems that the app is crashing during practice/challenge, etc. We only check license files when on the dashboard. We also only need internet to update license files on the unit, otherwise they are stored onboard with a timer.

So you guys all experience this after 2-3 hours of use? That makes it sound like a memory/resources issue. Let me do some more testing here on that. I did some last week with it open for over 3 hours, but maybe I didn't hit enough shots.

4) latest crash occurred about 1.5 hrs after starting the software
5) Restarting the software works, but I have had a restart crash as well.
6) there has only been one occasion where I have tried restarting and continuing practice after the first crash. As I recall the second crash came shortly thereafter.

I tried to attach a picture of the crash message, but it only uploads in thumbnail size. I have located the folder reference in the crash message, it has a crash.dmp, error.log and output_log.txt file.

I think this crash has ended just about every practice session I've tried since installing 2.6.2. I also have to run the Skytrak software as an administrator now. Never had to do that prior to 2.6.2

4) After a bad hit unit will fail to read and the stopped working box will come up. Haven't noticed a crash after a readable hit. Really odd.

6) Reload app, no problems. Seems to only happen to me on the first session from cold.

I've also noticed it will randomly give you a bad swing speed reading (really long string of numbers). Don't recall this ever leading to a crash but it will work fine after a new hit.

5) Just have to launch the app to get it working again
6) I think I never had another crash after launching the app the second time
