    Skytrak and E6 installation

When buying E6 through Skytrak how is it installed? The reason I ask is the computer I am using in my sim room doesn't have a disk drive. A lot of what Im reading says they mail a disk. Is this the only way or can I download the software or have them send a USB?

    Thanks

You can buy a USD DVD drive for just 50 bucks or so. Anyway, E6 can send you a link to download the software to your computer - I am pretty sure. You will have to wait for the green doogle via mail.

a doogle (might not have the spelling correct) is used in a lot of low volume or expensive software. It connects via a usb port and controls access to the software.

They are actually moving away from the disc/dongle system. Now everything will be installed via direct download and authorization will be done online.

Seth, hoping you can help with another issue. I downloaded the E6 demo but it wasn't letting me play the course. I called and they sent me an email link saying that needed to be where I got the demo (instead of directly from E6 like I had done) from but the link doesn't work.

The customer service is getting very frustrating. I spoke to someone through chat who referred me to a phone number, but now that phone number just hangs up right away (800-385-3188). I attempted the text message support but also got no reply. Outside of you on this forum the customer service has been downright terrible.

Any insight on how to get the demo to download?

Hey just responded to your PM but probably better to do it here so maybe it can help others.

Here is the link you should be using: https://e6golf.com/demo/

Keep in mind that you must have a valid GIP or PIP membership.
