Skytrak hardware provisioning error?

Anyone ever get this when trying to use TGC with Skytrak?

Logon to your SkyGolf account and check if GIP and TGC are active. If not and you purchased both, contact SkyTrak to sort this out.
If both are present, try running the SkyTrak PC app and let it sync the license files with your hardware. When finished close the SkyTrak pc app and try TGC for SkyTrak again.
