Since upgrading to 3.0 I can't login to the service even though I put my name and PW in and it takes it but it still shows red by where my name would be. I tried to click create a new account and it came back with no data connection available even though my machine gets out to the internet w/o issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the 3.0 application with the same results.

Well no internet connection will certainly prevent you from logging in on a fresh install. Which platform are you on and how are you connected to the internet? -
I have internet connection just fine just seems the app doesn't see it. This is the PC version on my computer that is hard wired to my router. I am going to try the new 3.01 and see if it resolves the issue.Comment

I still have the same issue. Can't log in. It tells me I have no connection (I'm connected in USB mode), I'm posting this from the same connection.
Looks like I have 3.01.

There was an issue with the app not remembering certain users' login creds...I wonder if this may be related to what you are seeing. I will try to release v3.0.2 this week to fix that.
In the meantime, you could try deleting the cache on your PC. Go to C:\USERS\[Current User\App Data\Local Low\ and delete the SkyTrak folder in there. Then just open the app again.Comment

Reloaded the Skytrak interface for TGC and it works fine now. But I still can't log in to Skytrak.
I loaded the app on my Android phone, no issue logging in. Back to the computer and it still tells me I'm not in the system. I'm hooked up in SUB mode. Anybody got any ideas ??

StanMI Not sure it is the reason for your issues, but figured it was worth throwing out there. When you plug in your USB, is the second light yellow or red on the skytrak unit? If it is yellow it means it is connected to your wifi and plugging in the USB cord will not switch it to direct USB mode, it stays in wifi mode.Comment
