TGC HELP Problem Loading courses and "Courses Played"

Hi,

Lately when I use TGC when I look up courses and click them they don't load? Also when I toggle through to the history of courses payed nothing shows up? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I have noticed that it was very hard to get courses saved as a favorite to load.

Do you have TGC version 3.0.0 or higher installed? The advance button won't work on many courses when you are using version 2.9 or lower due to theme updates.

I didn't purchase TGC until November 2016 so I must have the latest version which was May 2016, right?

You can find the version in c:\programdata\protee united\tgc simulator\version.txt

Seems like I have the latest version and have a ORIGIN PC just for the simulator. Tried it last night and everything worked fine. I was able to save courses to favorites as well as access the history of "Courses Played". It just so random sometimes it works others it doesn't. The skytrak range always works. But often I warm-up on the range and then go to TGC and it doesn't work even when I restart. Takes some of the enjoyment out of it.

This must be internet/network related. TGC is cloud based. When your internet/network is getting slow for some reason, TGC won't be able to reach the servers resulting in the issues you describe.
