  • Exporting data from SkyTrak practices

Can someone help me figure out how to link my email address to ST so I can export my data, please? When I log-on to my360 account, it displays my email address. I have selected the export button after a practice session, but have yet to see an email. I have checked my junk mail too.

Using an iPad Pro to practice in a detached garage. I upgraded to the play and improve plan so I can do the bag mapping, skills assessments, and closest to the pin challenges. I do not have a good WiFi signal in my garage, so I haven't been able to play any rounds in WGT. Although, while in the house and connected to WiFi, practiced putting for a few minutes at Pebble Beach.

I appreciate any help you can offer.

There are 2 things which might be getting mixed up here:

    1) Data Export - This is a button at the top of the shot history table in the app. When you click this, we create a PDF of your current activity's shot data and attach it to an email. In order for this to work on an iPad, you must have an email client setup - otherwise, nothing happens. Think of this export as something you'd want to print off at the end of a lesson.

    2) Data Sync to 360 - This requires you to be signed into the SkyTrak app. If the app is open while the iPad has an internet connection, we automatically sync all of your shot data to a mirrored account on SkyGolf 360. Think of this as a cloud backup.

Ah, got it. I didn't have my email account set-up on the iPad. Thank you for your help!

I was hoping to export some data but can't seem to get it done. I'm using the ST app on my Android phone. The data in 360 doesn't include launch direction and ball height and the data export option doesn't seem to do anything.

I am not sure if it matters which one you use, but you need to set up an account through the system. I am not sure if having the gmail app is sufficient to communicate with the ST. You can add your gmail account to you mail settings and that should work.

I’m unable to email myself an exported file in SkyTrak app. I’m attempting on my iPhone, which is linked to my gmail app, but when I click export (pdf), it acts like it’s loading and then does nothing. What’s going on here?

It uses your built-in Mail app on the iPhone, so make sure you have an account configured in that app.

Is it possible to change the location where ST exports files to?
