Login / Connection Problem

Hi Guys,

I'm clearly doing something wrong here that is probably really simple but I can't figure out what...

If my SkyTrak is not connected I CAN login to the app (Android) no probs.

If I'm logged in to teh app and then try to connect to my SkyTrak, the ST will not connect.

If I l log out of the app I CAN then connect to my SkyTrak no probs.

I use direct mode.

I have a Samsung S7 mobile with 4G connectivity.

Was the ST ever in network mode? Personally, I would reset the ST and reinstall the app. Then start over as if it was day one. :-)

Yes the ST was at one point in network mode when I was hitting at home...all rather confusing!
