  • Question about integrating SkyPro with SkyTrak

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I didn't find anything. I have a SkyTrak running 3.1.1. I use it in practice mode only right now with either my iPad in wifi direct or PC in USB direct, I have a SkyPro coming today and would like for it to integrate with the SkyTrak software. What steps do I need to take to do this? Are there instructions already out there somewhere? Should I use iPad or PC, or either one? Direct mode, wifi, etc? Thanks!

    Basically:
    - connect the iPad to your Windows PC via Bluetooth.
    - connect the SkyPro to your iPad and run the SkyPro app
    - connect Skytrak to your Windows PC and run the Skytrak app
    - in your Skytrak app, select the club data to be from SkyPro.
If everything shakes out, the club head speed will be displayed in orange text instead of the default color.

Original post by Skytrak_Seth during the beta but it should still apply:

"c. SkyPro – You can use your SkyPro to supplement some of the calculated club data assuming you have the latest SkyPro app from the app store. Here, you will need 2 devices (Connect the SkyPro to device A, connect the SkyTrak to device B. Device A and B talk to each other over BLE). Device B can be iOS or PC (Windows 8.1 or Windows 10). If this option is selected, then applicable values turn ORANGE in the app. *I understand this is going to be a complicated process for some…and will work on better instructions for release. Not so worried about this portion during this beta period."

I could be wrong but I think par2pro did a video on how to do this. Skytrak should.

Could I connect the Skypro to an ipad/ android phone, and the skytrak to a Macbook?

I have found that I can connect the skypro and skytrak to my phone, and if I keep the screen on the skytrak app, the skypro works in the background. But, I want them to work together.

I was able to get this working except for the part:

          - in your Skytrak app, select the club data to be from SkyPro.

Is this in the Settings section? If so, it says I need to upgrade in order to access Settings, which I found pretty amazing. Do I need the Game Improvement plan in order to integrate with SkyPro?

It's likely to require the GIP but I'm not sure, something SkyTrak_Seth can probably answer.
