  • Skytrak Crashing

Very frustrating, for the last 3 days Skytrak crashes on my PC 30 seconds after starting. I sometime get the error message: "too many heaps". Skytrak works just fine on my iPhone but the PC crashes. Skytrak chat says they can only help if I call during business hours, can't do that as I'm at work all day. This worked fine for months and months. It's a new computer and I only use it for Skytrak. I didn't update anything new, just started giving me issues.

    I've tried:
    Uninstall and reinstall Skytrak
    All updates up to date

Here is the specific error message in the system

Lots of things I guess. We know the software in general is OK. Which version of WIndows? Are you sure updates where not done - since they are mostly automatic? I would open up the PC and reset all my RAM and cards. Worse case I would just wipe it clean and install the software again.

Run "Windows Memory Diagnostic"...its part of windows 10.

Also do what penrose suggested and remove / re-seat all ram sticks.
