New SkyTrak Won't Read

[SkyTrak_Seth]

Portable 1 , I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you help me out a little more with some details?

1) So the problem is that you are only getting 1 out of 20 shots to register?

2) It worked last year but not now?

3) Has it been hit with a golf ball?

4) Could you possibly send a pic of your setup?

Would just like to update everyone.

The SkyTrak is the biggest piece of garbage that I've ever owned.

Won't connect to PC in any way, won't read on my phone on my mat but will read on carpet.

Here's the big part...

Customer service is, to date, completely worthless.

This is the exact opposite experience that I've had over the last 18 months with my SkyTrak and their customer service. And any time things have gotten a bit wonky it has turned out to be a problem with my computer skills, my setup, or my frustration not allowing me to absorb the help people on this forum were trying to give me.

I was having issues on the weekend. Worked for 5 shots and then stopped working completely, the green light would stay on but wouldn't register a shot. Couldn't connect box on TGC. Downloaded the 32 bit version to replace the 64 and been great since. Little to no mis-reads.

A year ago, I legit complained about my SkyTrak. The issue self-resolved by June (I don't need to know why). What I said was my experience. Today, my experience is just fine. I'm honest about life. I love the SkyTrak & I recommend it.
