Best simulator software for par 3 courses?

Currienly I have my skytrak setup in the garage but I've only got enough ceiling height to be able to hit at most a 2 iron (and I've even nicked the ceiling twice hitting a 2iron)

So I doubt I'd be able to play full on courses (unless I just hit 2iron off the tee every time) but I could easily play par 3 courses no problem.

Id assume TGC would have the most options for par 3 courses but the price tag is a bit tough to swallow.

JNP has a forge creator so people can make their own courses, but I don't know how many if any par 3 courses there maybe in JNP.

Any other options I'm not considering?

I’m planning to pull the trigger on TGC shortly despite ceiling limitations (4 iron is my longest club that can be swung). It won’t work for the tour but I am going to set TGC boost to the point where my 4 iron flies distance of driver and wood boost somewhere between 3 wood and my hybrid while leaving iron boost off.

That doesnt get you you away from the cost but will allow playing full courses.
