Hi all,
I just arrived back from vacation to find there were numerous issues in the field with unit connection with v3.2.2. What we found last night is that the manufacturer changed the 32-bit SDK to use Visual C++ 2012 instead of 2010 and did not inform us of this change. This is why it works fine on computers that happen to have that installed. On computers that are missing Visual C++ 2012, the app would not initiate searching for the SkyTrak unit.
Right now, you can install that package here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=30679. *You must select and install the (x86) version for 32-bit. (the 64-bit app already has this 2012 package in the installer).
I'm working to get the website download link updated with a new installer package that will install 2012 with the 32-bit version of the app. Should be up later today or tomorrow.
Very sorry for the inconvenience.
