Preston at Par2 Pro is recommending this projector ,the calculator says I will not be able to fill the full height my screen is 103 in. high ,I will only be able to fill about 90 in. of height , width will be ok.

As far as shadow the projector could be put on the ceiling in a corner to avoid shadows ,I was going to go with a 4.3 projector ,but I will be willing to loose 12 inches of image height for a better all around image .

Is the 15' length of the room from wall to wall? Figure you'll want at least 1-2 feet of space behind the screen and about 8-10 feet in front from the ball contact point. That should leave you enough room to do a full swing and not hit the back wall. Unless you have a severely upright swing plane, you should be able to mount the short throw projector directly above the hitting point. This will eliminate the shadow issue.
Test your swings to see how it goes. Maybe tape a foam box right above your contact point to see that'll be a problem.

My short throw projector is at 8' and right above me and I've never hit it. Like frackh stated, you would need pretty upright swing to catch the projector.

I have 16 feet of length ,screen will be 12 in. off the wall so , 15 ft .

Calculator says this projector needs to be to get the best image possible at 13.5 ft lense to screen I posted the image above of the calculator screenshoot .
