  • Problem: Session History not loading

    I normally go out to my garage with my laptop to the Skytrak, hit balls in network mode, turn Skytrak off come back in and export the session. It worked great until a week or two ago. Now all I get is a spinning arrow when I try to access the session history. It seems to get stuck after it finds the last two sessions. All of the sessions are listed in Skygolf 360 but I do not have the game improvement package so I can't access them. Am I correct, I should be able to access session history locally? Unlimited sessions?

    First update, chatted on-line with Keith today, he had me reset to direct mode, reconnect to the network. Also reinstalled the program. No Bueno. He said wait till Monday and call...

      This is probably unrelated, but starting a few weeks ago, I was unable to log into the Skytrak (direct wifi) from my ipad. The log in screen just turns red. If I switch wifi to my router, log in, and then change to wifi to skytrak, it works, and I can get challenges etc and export history. The next time I connect, I have to do the same thing.

      This is a royal PITA.
