On my last few sessions on the skytrak I have been having an issue where after the first shot in the skytrak range app the shot registers but never displays the shot info and the unit never re-arms. I close the skytrak app and restart and the same thing happens. The only way I can get this to stop happening is to restart the computer. I have been using skytrak for a long time with the same computer and I have never had to restart the computer and I have never had this issue. Has anyone else experienced the re-arm issue after the first shot?

I've had this issue and still do. I'm in network mode. Skytrak freezes every time after the first shot ( I think the top red light stays on) and I have to exit the app to get it to log another shot but then it freezes again. When I play JNPG I don't have the issue and everything rearms as expected. I think when I went to direct mode with Sktrak the issue went away. It is frustrating as I haven't been able to use the skytrak app to practice. I'll also be looking forward to a solution. BTW, my system worked fine for about a year before the issue showed up.

I'm in the same boat as gsorvari . I used my ST for a long time in network mode, then it started to not work. It would register a shot or two and then never re-arm. I ended up switching to USB mode, and every time I have tried to go back to wifi/network mode the same thing happens.Originally posted by gsorvari View PostI've had this issue and still do. Are you sure you are using just the 2.4 ghz band on your router? If you are using the 5.0 band or do not have them separate so you can choose one specifically, that can cause an issue. If its only happening in network mode, it definitely sounds like it's something related to the network and not the skytrak. Others on here have mentioned using wifi extenders/boosters if the router is not in the same room or near it and seem to have success. It's usually something minor, but finding the cause can some times be a battle!

I believe that I am having the same issue where my SkyTrak disconnects from my network after a few shots. My signal strength is good so I don't think that this is the issue. I tried to connect in USB mode but I couldn't figure it out. Has anyone been able to use USB mode on Windows 10 machine?

My guess is that you may have 2 different networks (2.4GHz and 5GHz) and the computer may be hopping over to the 5GHz after your first shot or two. Easiest way to prevent this is to forget the 5GHz network or at least deselect "automatically connect to this network".
