    My main question at this point is regarding a hitting mat and net. Rukket net might me best for me as I may take my setup up and down but wondered what others thought. Net return dramatically better? As above, all mat recommendations would be appreciated also
    I have the net return simulator series and love it, the impact screen is really durable and it is so easy to take down and store.

    • The xswing app does work with Skytrak but it's a primitive app and really only shows the numbers and a 2d view. Checked it with iPad only. Still a little 4 sec delay but it works. Obviously the range app is better appealing.

        • Zmax you said you disagree. Why? Care to elaborate. I had a Vector Pro and it was a POS but it is too light to be made an anchor .....had it been a little heavier it would be a good anchor.

                • Just got off the phone with Skytrak. At first they questioned whether Seth works for them. Then they could not give me any information on shipping. I questioned them for over 45 minutes. They put me on hold to speak to a supervisor twice, but they refused to speak to me. Said they were trying to get in touch with Seth (Oh he works for them now). They said they have no knowledge of any units shipped as of this time, and no idea if units will ship. Period. A bunch of broken promises. They said I could cancel order. I am pissed off.

                    • She did not give me her name, just a gopher I presume. She promised a supervisor will call me. I asked when, she replied w/in 24hrs. She did say there have been numerous cancelations due to product delay. GC2 time?

                        It was GC2 time a year ago when the basic software delays pushed this thing's release to 'now'.

                        • Good morning, ok everybody calm down. I recieved my tracking number, although it was not through normal channels. I think they are still working on the communication between Skytrak and Skygolf on some of these things. My unit did indeed ship on Friday along wiht many others I am sure, it does also ship form MS. Due to arrive by the end of the day on Wednesday.

                          Your shipment is moving within the UPS network and should be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. A shipment can remain in this status until it is delivered. Other than time-definite air deliveries, shipments are generally delivered anytime between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and by close of business for commercial addresses. UPS cannot schedule a specific delivery time within that window. Up to three delivery attempts will be made, excluding weekends and holidays.
                          For residential deliveries that require a signature, you can leave instructions for the driver if no one will be home. For example, you can ask that the shipment be delivered to a neighbor who will be home. If an adult signature is required and the sender has instructed us not to leave the shipment with a neighbor, we will make another delivery attempt on the next business day.                             FYI, Skygolf is not up to speed with the Skytrak unit and at this time obviuosly can not access the order entry system to check on your status. I would think that by now people would have figured this out.

                                You think it's on the customers to 'figure out' these things? It's on the company to provide decent customer service. The customers here are actually making calls trying to acquire information and obviously aren't getting anywhere. It appears you have back channels which makes it easier for yourself, but it's not the case for everyone. I would think that YOU would of figured that out by now.
