Hi Skytrak, thanks for continuing to keep us updated as we are all waiting anxiously. Any thoughts on my earlier question regarding why we can't use the app on an iPhone 5s or higher?

8 seconds is a "bit of a delay"?....oh to be in love again...LOL....8 seconds would be unusable in my book.

Guys, I'm sorry I have not been able to get back to the forum since last week. As you can imagine, things are pretty busy around here. I'm not sure where the December 1st date came from but I agree, I would be pretty disappointed in that too. My understanding is that the ship date is now targeting this Friday. As someone else pointed out, the app is in the App Store, and the units are ready. Unfortunately, we are waiting on User Guides to be delivered, and legally the product cannot go out without them. I know that's not what you want to hear, but things happen. I will do my best to keep you up to date with any news.

If the manual is not available now, can't it be uploaded to your website for download. There are lots of devices that doesn't come with paper manuals but links to the manufacturer's website for download. Isn't that environmentally "greener" and should these known delays be noted on your website to arrest speculations in the forums and amongst potential buyers. It is communication 101.

We are looking forward to your shipment confirmation this Friday. There are lots of anxious early technology adopters here wanting to have a try on the latest and greatest........as a gesture of goodwill I would suggest a small token of appreciation for those who have exercised patience waiting for their delayed units.

I can handle a 4/5 sec delay (for now) on the iPad. Future updates I hope will reduce that time.

I'm assuming that the sim software will be PC based and with the greater processing power of the CPU/GPU the delay will be reduced significantly.

Ya, iPad is a band-aid until a PC version/Sim software comes anyways. Either way the experience is going to be far from desirable so the delay isn't going to make the experience that much worse, in my opinion.

Also Bubba was saying the existing PC tool that just displays ball data takes roughly 1-2 seconds, similar to GC2... so sounds like the iPad app itself is where the delay is.

There are some deals at Walmart and target on the 16gig air2. Will 16 gig be big enough or should we go with the 64gig version?
