It's not possible to install iPad apps on an iPhone but it would not be a big job for SkyTrak to port it over in the future.

You won't be able to do it unless you "jailbreak" your iPhone. The Skytrak app is currently published as an iPad only app even though there is no reason for it not to run on the iPhone (iPhone 5S and iPad Air have the same processor). You won't be able to install it on your iPhone the regular way through iTunes. You also won't find the app through the App store on your iPhone.

Skytrak needs to submit it to Apple as an app that's compatible with both iPhone and iPad. As Seth had mentioned, they just haven't thought about it or tested it. Thought this should be a fairly obvious and easy thing to do, but I guess they got plenty of other issues to worry about already.

              Well crap, nevermind then.

A couple of things that I have given some feedback to Skytrak on are:

              1. Targets on the range, they have them in the challenge modes and they are great, but the range is just open, it would be nice to have some greens to shoot for.
              2. An inclosure for the unit, I had a couple of balls come back and come close to the unit, nothing serious, but if you spend the money you want to protect it.
              3. A carrying case, and maybe a bottom base stand that is a little more stable, again nothing serious, just playing it safe.

There is apparently a protectiive shield you can buy. The Japan You tube video shows a leveling stand that screws on to the bottom as well.

What about this for a cheap "free" protection - put a big shoebox vertically in front of the Skytrak to block any wayward balls? I think you have plenty of room in your setup for a shoebox. It's ugly, but free! Can spend the the $100-$150 they'll probably charge you for the enclosure on 4 boxes of ProV 1 instead.

                      This just came back:

Thanks for the feedback and glad to hear your initial experience has been positive. We have sourced a shield and a carry case – both should be available in December / early January at the latest. There are numerous aesthetic improvements underway to the app and additional targets on the range (can turn them on/off) is included in code base for our developers to work on for a future update.

I like it! I was actually thinking a very thin gauged sheet metal bent into a box over the top, $5 at the home depot should work fine also.

Thanks for the revies and videos Spud. Keep em coming. You must understand the frustration on folks that have not revieved their units yet. Your lucky to be the first to do so. Lets go easy on each other. Keep posting your thoughts and ways to improve the unit.

You bet I do. If you are "so connected" with Skytrak why not tell those who are waiting when their units are arriving.........

Nice try, you tried to accuse me of working for Skytrak and putting up fake photos, and you had to eat your words. I have looked through your post, and not one is anything of value, just a bunch of complaining and smart ass remarks. Try adding to the conversation for once instead of just bitching, I tried to provide some help here by posting as much information as I could and you come along and throw stupid accusations around.

You know a simple thanks would have been enough. I am not "connected" with Skytrak, just have a good source and started working on this a long time ago, sometimes persistince pays off. If you ordered one of these, I hope you get yours soon, they really are pretty nice. If I can help out or provide any information here, I will.
