Just did a little bit of detective work.. If you google translate the link below, it says the unit might be available in september for price of 220 000 yen ($ 2155). I don't know if that site can be trusted but decided to post it here anyway.. I hope the pricing would be a little lower.Originally posted by "longhornlove" post=4328So about 1500? More than I wanted but way better than GC2.

I really hope this isn't accurate or I'll have to buy an Optishot. I can't spend anywhere near that much on a Launch monitor because there are so many other costs in building a sim.Originally posted by "Tommi" post=4354Just did a little bit of detective work.. Nothing concrete yet if you were referring to PC sim software.Originally posted by "Rick" post=4360Doesn't look too bad. Do we have any indication on what the software will be? Bubba was saying they will build one in-house? If I read that correctly that could take a while?

It doesn't jive with what we've been told. If it's a change, it would be unfortunate.Originally posted by "Colin" post=4361I really hope this isn't accurate or I'll have to buy an Optishot. Welcome to the forum Robert.Originally posted by "Robert C" post=4368Hello to all
All very interesting ,hope it all happens asap as I would love some sims within the next month or so.
By the way anybody ever tried the X-swings sims from Asia
The X-wing R is looks exactly like the Foresight GC2, which is a great LM. Again, something about that site/business tells me it's bogus.

My friends that work and live in China told me that Golf is exploding in popularity there but it's also seen as a sport for the rich and gluttonous. Many of the political elite in China will play golf under different names to avoid backlash in the media. Golf courses use too much space in a country of 1.2 billion people. I'm surprised the Chinese haven't taken over the golf simulator market already, indoor courses must be popular there and I assume they could mass produce clones at a fraction of the cost like they do with all other technology.
