After not using my Skytrak during summer I now have a problem with login in Direct Mode. I have my Skytrak in a place where there is no Internet access. I have always been using my Skytrak with connection in Direct Mode without Internet access. The problem now is that I need to login with internet Access on Ipad and then shift network to WIFI Skytrak on Ipad and connect in direct mode to skytrak unit. Then I can move my ipad and ST to my studio and use it. Problem is that ST software do not remember my login credential so if i try to connect in direct mode next time i need to do the same process with network access on IPAD and then shift to ST WIFI. I have done the routine accordinginstructions for direct access mode but still the login problem. Anyone that has any solution to this. I would like to be able to connect without need of internet access. Please help.......

I now have got an answer from ST support team and they confirm that I need Internet access to login even in direct mode. But they told me that they will implement the possibility to login in Direct mode without Internet Access very soon. That is really great news
I am sure there are more people using their ST unit in places witout internet access.

I will be great if they can fix this i use mine when im away for work in the middle of the North Sea and the wifi we have can barely load a picture from facebook. I have also had multiple instances where it tells me my password is incorrect when i actually copy and paste it in (think this must be down to not being able to receive the confirmation through the wifi), due to this it can regularly take 5-10mins just to log on.
Surely there is an easy fix to record the end end date of the current plan and allow offline sign in functionality until that date.
