Don't remember when the dynamic handicap was released but I finally got a plus handicap.

Congratulations. Dynamic handicap is far more punishing than real handicap. For example, your 100 yard shot was exactly same distance from the pin as an average PGA tour pro but it only gave you +0.3 for the shot. An average PGA Tour pro is a +6 handicap. However, you didn't have to deal with tricky hole locations, wind, and green randomness, so I'd say a zero HC on dynamic is equal to a +4 handicap. You have done very well in other words.
