SkyTrak Sale

I had been chilling with the SkyTrak in my cart for a couple weeks waiting to be within a week to my net showing up so I could finally pull the trigger. Obviously that was a bad idea as the day I was going to buy it, the sale ended. For those that are slightly more in the know, are these sales common and I should just wait for the next one?

I am in the same boat. Hoping I don’t have to wait until Black Friday if that’s the next sale. $300 is a lot to save and worth the wait for me. I asked Skytrak when they next sale would be but they didn’t say

I was told by their chat support that it would be 30-50 days but November 15th is basically in that window so thank you FURY. I don't want to wait until then but at this point I will and just worry about getting the setup all done and then worry about the simulator last!

Are the $300 off sales only good for the brand new units? Skytrak also sells refurbished (like "certified pre-owned") units for around $1700. Can the $300 off sale be applied to those as well?

I don't believe so, in the last sale the new and used were both the same price at 1695.

I lucked out when I bought two years ago. The refurbished ST's went for $1500 with the plastic case included. Metal case was a bit more, maybe $100.

I figured that was probably the case. I have my computer, projector and screen. My next big purchase is a mat and then lastly the Skytrak. I'll probably just wait (incredibly impatiently) for the sale.
