    Upgrade from SkyTrak

I'm looking into an upgrade from my SkyTrak to another type of launch monitor. As of right now my favorites are the GC2, Uneekor and GC Hawk. I'm really interested in the Uneekor QED however I'm a little hesitant simply because it's a new product to the market.

Anyone have any experience upgrading from SkyTrak to another device?
What were the advantages you noticed in making such an upgrade.

Any insight on this topic is appreciated!

    Skytrak to GC2.
Better ball data due to more data points collected by GC2. Larger FOV. No lag time when using TGC. No high ball speed issues. Can be used outside more easily.

I really miss the skytrak software though. Skills challenges, bag mapping, etc.

My group just started using the GC Hawk this fall, and so far, it's really good. I would like to see the FSX software upgraded though...it's not near as nice as TGC or e6.

I upgraded from Skytrak to Uneekor and I can say after playing with both, the Uneekor system is fantastic. Obviously there are little updates on the software side I would like to see but overall it is great. The ball/club impact video has improved my understanding of certain shots. The hardware is solid as well. No misreads. I love both but have to give the advantage to Uneekor.

Everything wbond said..... Can only see the value of Hawk if you need seamless left/right player facility but then you are tied into FSX for sim play and big bucks for a decent course library, same for Quad. TGC 2019 is simply outrageous value for money in comparison to FSX.

+1 for Uneekor. I upgraded from SkyTrak and the combination of Uneekor and TGC2019 is a home run. While Uneekor is new to the states and other countries, there are thousands of units sold in South Korea where they play more sim golf than real golf. Skytrak is a great value with only a few small draw backs. Uneekor definitely has work to do with software but by no means would I call it unfinished. Huge upside potential. You should check out the reviews by gene438 and Roland at Garagegolf .

            Cheers from NH
