I have been running skytrak with TGC 2019 for over a year with no issues at all. I use a 300 mps internet in network mode in order to run the TGC 2019 game. For some reason, last night at the strike of 9:00 pm PST, the machine could not maintain a connection. When it did for a short while, i was experiencing 20-30 second delays in the shot recording. I tried to play on it again today and was experiencing the same issue. I tried a hard reset and re connect of the skytrak machine with no change.
Skytrak works perfectly in USB mode with no delays.
My internet connection is strong and no issues anywhere else in the house so i know its not the strength of the signal.
The skytrak software and TGC program have the same issues so i know its nothing to do with TGC 2019.
Skytrak software is 3.3.2 and firmware 1.55 which appears to be the most recent.
Skytrak program connects in and out of network mode rapidly. Makes a very quick connection but cannot maintain.
When shots do record after 20-30 second delay, the shot info is accurate.
I am wondering if there was some sort of internet setting or something that went into effect as of 12:00 eastern time 1/1/2020 that changed something in the system as it was strangely aligned with this time. I am guessing that i will not be the only person that is going to experience this unless it really is a fluke and isolated to me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
