I was wondering if anyone else had this issue with the Skytrak software. The red light goes off as soon as I open the challenges, etc and does not come back on. It works when I first go into the software. The TGC 2019 (via Protee) still works fine so I know it is not a hardware issue. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the software to no avail. I did a chat with Skytrak and the guy said he would email one of the experts but I have heard back from anyone yet. It worked fine until I was using the software and a ball hit the power cord on my computer and shut it down while I was using the Skytrak software. Ever since I haven't been able to use the game improvement software.

Check the status of your account at https://www.skygolf.com/support/acco...t&site=skygolf - make sure your GIP subscription hasn't expired. Also make sure you don't have multiple instances of SkyTrak running on the computer (check Windows Task Manager - kill all SkyTrak processes then relaunch). Finally, you cannot be connected to both SkyTrak app and TGC at the same time, so make sure to disconnect via TGC Interface and close TGC game.- Ron at GunghoGolf.com - we specialize in TrackMan, FlightScope, Foresight, Uneekor, SkyTrak, Garmin, Bushnell, TGC, and E6 Connect. 512-861-4151 or email hello AT gunghogolf.com.

yeah, specs look good. I'd run some 3D benchmarks at high res (3Dmark, Heaven...) in a loop to test system stability to rule out any underlying hardware issue that only shows under high load/usage. If the system is stable, reinstall GPU driver, Skytrak app and TGC2019. [edit] also reinstall/update your audio drivers. I have noticed that the sound in ProTees TGC2019 can be buggy/glitchy on my system which indicates there might be an issue there.Last edited by Jerome; 02-28-2020, 11:19 AM.

I've run Furmark, Heaven on loop, Both at the same time. Cinebench R20, You name it. I've pushed the CPU and GPU as hard as it will go under a normal clock, and it won't crash. I've re-installed TGC 2 times now. I'm going to re-image Win10 on this and see if anything helps. I contacted ProTee and they also said they were stumped as to why. ST App is install, and not running when TGC2019 is running.
Going to do the following.
Check sound driver and update
If that does not work, re-install Windows.
If that doesn't work, swap in a new PSU after I go to the store.
If none of that works, I just don't know what my other options are at that point.

Wanted to update you all on this. I went to Bestbuy this morning and walked out with an Asus B450 Strix, Corsair 750w bronze (Wanted to go gold but it was stupid money), and a XFX 5600XT THICC...
Tried the PSU first... No dice... Still a crash
Tried the GPU next.... No dice... still a crash, but it stayed on for about 3 swings though...
Went and bench tested the MOBO with my M.2 with all programs on it, installed my GPU and power supply... Success!!!
So something is not quite right with a relatively new (less than 6 months) x370 Asrock... That being said... This is the second instance I've used AsRock for a Mobo where its let me down... I can no longer recommend their products.
So I rebuilt the computer and used the new powersupply and mobo and it runs awesome... Even Ultra/Custom preset on 4K is pulling great frame rates.
So if anyone ever reads this... If you ever get a critical process crash error, it could be your MOBO... and if you happen to have an AsRock Motherboard... start there first.

To be honest, it is rather infuriating that SkyTrak is an "always on" DRM device. There is no reason an internet connection should be necessary once you are registered. Just download the license file to the SkyTrak and only phone home when its expired!
This only happens a few times a year but when it does...
