Skytrak and e6 Connect

HI Guys

Can anyone help a newbie? I have just bought a Skytrak for some lockdown garden golf. It works fine except when I use e6 connect its keeps dropping the connection to the Skytrak and missing shots. When on the Skytrak range is works fine? Any idea?

The only thing I can think of is to ask if you are using both the skytrak app and E6 at the same time? Are you playing downloaded courses? Internet connection is strong?

Also, make sure that you are not using the E6 demo license. For some reason, my defaulted to it and I had to manually override it.

Yes i think I had the Skytrak AP running in the background on Ipad. Internet should be ok (its in the garden but i put booster near the door) but I have a mesh network. I read some stuff on here saying this might cause a problem?

The E6 doesnt really come with detailed instructions. Should I have the Skytrak ap running or not? If i download the courses do i need internet connection or can i use E6 in direct mode?

Another issue i am normally a fader or the ball but the Skytrak doesnt seem to pick this up very well. Even if i hit a slice on purpose it goes pretty straight?

SkyTrak app must NOT be running while E6C is running.

If courses are downloaded, you need internet only to log in once every 5-6 sessions. Otherwise E6C will play fine in offline mode.

I read on here marking the balls can help with Spin setting? Anyone tell me what marking to do or does it not matter?

Marking balls will only leave the marker on your screen. Just use white balls and face the logo towards the SkyTrak unit for each shot.

Does anyone know if they will upgrade the graphics for IOS. E6 looks like a video game from the 90s! I don't think I could ever buy it with graphics of that quality.

Just played the demo, gotta say I was pleased with the flight. Putting takes some getting used to (8 stimp default) but the short game fits my eye for validity.

the graphics are a little grainy , but overall the thing is very polished.
