E6 Putting problem

Hi Guys

I brought my Skytrak inside and set up on carpet to practice putting on E6 connect. It wont read any putts? Tried about 10 times. Am i missing something?

Make sure your SkyTrak is absolutely no higher than your mat. Put ball a couple inches behind dot. Use white ball with logo facing towards unit. Make sure you've selected putter in E6 Connect.

Is there an E6 Connect manual? I had no idea to "select putter" when putting. I haven't found how to change the tee box.

Thanks for the response on this again. I am in the putting practice area and putter selected. I thought it might be something about the level so have removed the legs from the protective case. Tried all around the dots still nothing. I think TBH its not going to be good putter practice so might just set putting to auto or something.

It might be something to do with the carpet or something. I will experiment different surfaces.

You typically need to use a golf mat and not carpet. Especially if it is a light color carpet. Even full shots aren't going to read off of light colored carpet.

Yep, here: https://e6golf.com/e6-connect/manual/ If you have auto-caddie turned on, it should select putter for you on the green.
