How to Use Skytrak Analytics to Improve Swing

How can I use the analytics from the Skytrak monitor to improve my swing? Is there optimum range for side spin, back spin, launch angle, etc. for each golf club? If so where can I obtain this information? Is there a method that shows you how to correct your out of range analytics? I tried to look on the internet and on the forum but i did not see anything that indicated the optimum analytics for each club. Thanks in advance for you help.
