Ball roll on the driving range mode

I usually use the driving range mode since WGT absolutely sucks on this thing. It keeps "Searching for device" every damn shot. I just gave up.

Anyways, is there a way to speed up ball roll in driving range mode? It seems that I do not get any roll in this mode, when I really should. Sometimes I practice approach shots from 40-50-80 yards, but I feel like it's misleading due to the ball not rolling much at all.

Any settings that I could change?

No settings that I know of. I just look at it as if the grass is heavy rough

I honestly can't remember if there was a way to change fairway rollout. I do remember playing with green firmness. In either case, I personally don't feel there is much benefit. I don't think it is based on physics, and real roll out is so dependent on course geography and even weather conditions. I would focus on nailing your carry on those shots. If you get enough spin, and the greens are reasonably receptive, you really shouldn't get much roll. Most high level golfers just calculate a carry number. 79 pin. Want to end up one yard below hole. Sand wedge. 3 yards roll out. 4 yards downhill. Add 5 for head wind. Total number 79-1-3-4+5 = 76 yards. Carry the ball 76 yards. The ST is perfect for such practice. I put it on random 30-80 and hit away.
