History not listed on the Skygolf 360 web page.

I hit 186 shots on the 28th of August and can not get this history to sync from my Skytrak to the web page. I get a constant spiraling circle when trying to view the history on my Skytrak, it seems to get stuck at this point. I let it run for about 45 minutes twice last night with no luck. It just sits there with the spiraling circle. Has anyone else had this issue?
