Skytrak Shipping Delays

The Flightscope forum has a thread for shipping delays on the Mevo+, so I figured it would make sense to have one for those of us waiting on a Skytrak.

It would be nice if some people who recently received theirs would chime in and state their ordered and received dates etc.


The official Canadian distributor has pushed the date of the next shipment a few times in the last 2 weeks. It used to be Sept 15th, then Sept 25th, Sept 30th, now pushed back to Oct 15th.


My build is almost finished and I am eager to try it. I'm thinking of grabbing an R Motion to just test my setup, and since it has some kind of integration with Skytrak, it wouldn't be a net loss once I receive my unit.

Placed my order direct on 11/20 and received my Skytrak today. Interestingly - my online account still shows it as “not yet shipped”. Happy to have it, though!

I ordered mine from 'Shop Indoor Golf' on November 10th and received it on December 24th. I'm in the U.S.
Love the Skytrak so far, seems to be very accurate with the yardage as well as ball spin as it's inline with what I typically do at the range.

In the UK and ordered mine from the official https://ukshop.skygolf.com/ Oct 23rd and received in Dec 23rd. Happy Christmas! Please it was not mid Jan as warned when I chased.

I ordered a SIG10 package through Shop Indoor Golf on 11/24. I received all the other parts of it, but not the SkyTrak yet (today is 6 weeks). Hoping soon. I see the SkyTrak site now says 16-20 weeks, which is insane.

Ordered my Skytrack from Rain or Shine Golf on 10.29.2020 and received on 11.28.2020. They said 8-10 weeks but it was much faster.

Jan 4th Update from Skytrak... 16-20 week back order... I hope I made the cut. I ordered one on Dec 26th.... (that said 8-10 weeks)... crossing fingers that I get in a month like most of you guys.

Received my SkyTrak from Shop Indoor Golf yesterday, which was exactly 8 weeks. So I ordered a SIG 10 package on 11/24 and at the time they said 10-12 weeks for the SkyTrak and it came in 8.

Very interesting! I ordered my skytrak from top shelf golf on 12/7 and called them a couple of times. They said I should get it some time in Feb, which would match the 10-12 week time period they claimed. It's been painful waiting, but hopefully I'll receive it soon.

Also, do they notify when the unit is shipped? If so, what are the typical shipping times. I live in Ohio. Thanks!

I guess I got lucky... I ordered mine on 12/26. It's arriving via UPS tomorrow (02/09). So 6 1/2 weeks roughly, which they indicated 10-12 weeks. Super excited / happy for it. Can't wait to use.

So unfair, but happy for you nevertheless. I just called top shelf golf today and they said they probably won't know when I'll get it until the last week of Feb. That'll put me right at the 12 week mark.

We'll, I just got off the phone with Top Shelf Golf again. Now he's saying it'll be closer to mid March. That'll put me at 14 weeks. I'm very frustrated!

Is it possible that SkyTrak prioritize orders that are placed direct with them rather than through a 3rd party? Or alternatively TopShelf Golf sit on orders then place in bulk to get a discount? Otherwise seems very odd that others ordered end of Dec and are getting shipped whilst you’re looking at another month+

I also ordered with Top Shelf (Jan) and was pretty happy with their service but if I had known the direct route was much quicker I would have done that and ordered the other stuff separately
